CAPTAIN AMERICA ARMY DRESS UNIFORM

                                                                       

 This page is all about the Army Dress Uniform that Steve Rogers wore in the film The First Avenger.
I don't know if they've ever shown him wearing that in the comics, he wore it briefly in The Ultimates on two occasions. But I'm focusing on the version he wore in the film because its much easier to identify the rank insignia on his uniform which includes:
Shoulders - Silver Captain's Bars.
On the right breast - The Army Presidential Unit Citation (blue ribbon in gold frame).
On the left breast Ascending -
The Purple Heart Medal Ribbon (purple ribbon with white bars at each end).
The Oak Leaf Cluster Device (in the center of the Purple Heart Ribbon).
American Defense Ribbon (yellow ribbon with red and blue stripes at each end).
U.S. Army Combat Infantry Badge (silver musket on a blue bar over a silver oak wreath).
U.S. Army Airborne Paratrooper Jump Pin (silver open parachute situated between silver wings).
And on each lapel and collar -
S.S.R. Pins (the scientific unit that Steve Rogers was assigned to: The Strategic Scientific Reserve).
